The Chef's Table
Sixteen weeks. Six Gorge chefs. Dinner, handled.
Every Wednesday this winter, a different chef cooks dinner for you.
Six chefs from around the Gorge each take two weeks of the season. They design the menu, cook it in our kitchen in Bingen, and we pack it to finish at home. Three courses, no planning, no shopping, no wondering what's for dinner.
November 4 through February 17. Pick up Wednesdays, noon to 5, at our kitchen in Bingen.
Meet the chefs
Announced soon.
We're finishing the lineup now: private chefs, pop-up cooks, and people whose food you've probably eaten at a dinner somewhere in the Gorge. Each one gets two weeks to cook whatever they want, and members find out what's coming a week ahead.
How it works
Pick your size. Serves two or serves four, meat or vegetarian.
Pay once. Or split it into three payments, whichever is easier.
Wednesdays, 12 to 5. Pick up at our kitchen at 115 N Ash Street, Unit A, Bingen.
Finish it at home. Everything comes with instructions. Most of it is a hot oven and twenty minutes.
The details
Skip up to two weeks with notice and we'll roll them to the end of the season. No pickup December 16; your dinners come double the week before. Tell us about allergies and we'll work around them. The season is capped at 35 members, and payment installments are available — just email us.
Thirty-five seats. Sixteen dinners. One winter.
