Sixteen weeks of dinner, November 4 through February 17. A different Gorge chef designs the menu each week: three courses, cooked in our Bingen kitchen and packed to finish at home. Six guest chefs, announced soon. Meat or vegetarian, your choice at sign-up. Pick up Wednesdays, 12–5, at our kitchen in Bingen. Skip up to two weeks with notice. No pickup December 16; a double portion comes December 9. Season capped at 35 members.
